ABOUT PML CO.

Two best friends, 15 years strong and now business partners.

 

We’re Stephanie and Jenika, co-founders of Per My Latte Co., a virtual administrative support business rooted in friendship, experience, and a whole lot of caffeine. We met through a mutual friend over 15 years ago, and from day one, we’ve been inseparable. Over time, our bond grew stronger as we supported each other through life, motherhood, careers, and now entrepreneurship.

 

With strong backgrounds in administration, operations, and client services shaped by years of hands-on experience in our family businesses we realized we shared a deep passion for structure, organization, and helping others grow. That’s why we created Per My Latte Co. to provide high quality, thoughtful, and reliable admin support to individuals and businesses who need more time, space, and peace of mind.

 

The name? Well, coffee is our love language especially iced vanilla lattes. Stephanie (the original coffee fiend) passed her obsession on to Jenika, and now it fuels our mornings, our meetings, and our mission: to fill your cup so you can pour into what matters most.
