About the Founders

From friendship to founders, Stephanie and Jenika created Per My Latte Co. to provide reliable administrative support rooted in organization, efficiency, and practical experience. With over 15 years of collaboration, they deliver consistent solutions businesses can count on backed by the same steady energy that fuels a great cup of coffee.

Stephanie Esber 

An executive assistant and operations professional with over ten years of experience, she combines a strong foundation in corporate real estate, insurance, and financial services with an early exposure to business through active involvement in her father’s enterprises. This hands on experience instilled a work ethic that sharpened her leadership skills and accelerated her business maturity well beyond her years.

Throughout her career, she has successfully supported C-suite executives, managed an extensive tenant portfolio, and optimized office operations which earned her a reputation throughout the business community.

​

Her dedication and impacts were recognized internationally when she was honored as Global Employee of the Year at Redbridge Debt & Treasury Advisory, selected from 100 employees worldwide. She is known for her commitment to excellence, proactive problem-solving, and client service.

Balancing her professional life with motherhood, she brings the same determination and discipline to both roles. Fluent in both French and Arabic, she excels in cross-cultural communication and approaches every challenge with grit, common sense, and heart—always fueled by plenty of coffee.

Jenika Bhambhani

An experienced administrative professional with over ten years supporting C-suite & executive teams and improving operational workflows. She is known for strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach that keeps environments running smoothly.

Her expertise covers office administration, project coordination, travel and calendar management, onboarding and HR support, budget tracking, and event planning. She also has experience with branding, social media, and client communication, making her valuable in both corporate and service settings.

Jenika holds a Bachelor of Science in Philosophy from UCLA, where she received the Chancellor’s Blue & Gold Scholarship. She applies critical thinking, ethical judgment, and strategic planning to her work. Jenika is dedicated to supporting team goals, streamlining processes, and fostering a professional, collaborative environment.
